Can I sell a trailer with no title? - getting title to a house trailer in ontario
Long story short. My friend's father bought a house and land was a follower. He told us to leave, when we sold them to the goods. We are now trying to sell, but people continue to ask for a title. We still have no title, because, as I said, the trailer is connected to the house. Do I need a title for the trailer or you can actually sell, without the title? If necessary, how can I get one? I saw the trailer on his head and has no constructor, no stickers, I can not say anything or owners. And I'm not sure if it helps, but we live in Louisiana.
Thanks, - Mo
