Hey its the new year and i wanna lose weight!! What are some good diets out there? - new diets
I will not listen to a diet that low in carbohydrates in order to. I just want to know what your ideas and what your plan is Mabie give me some ideas please help me!

Ok follow these rules, Atleast you lose 40 pounds in one year!
1.between every bite, let the fork and take a sip of water. (It makes more food you eat slowly, which is 15% less at each meal)
2. If your still hungry after eating, wait 20 minutes and probably will not, (if yes, then you can use a little more, you will not have to starve!)
3.Si you soda or juice, drink water (water from IIS tastes good!)
5. DO NOT eat junk, you can not eat after 7:30 clock, no famine
4. Running, walking, jogging, cycling, exercising for 30 minutes per day. (Be sure to stretch before exercise!)
5. healthy food (frozen vegetables are as good as organic, and are easy to create and cheap!)
6.Get a good sleep every night

Hello! I went to a diet before 1 month and 17 pounds so far not lost a bunch of crazy people who can not eat what I go to eat healthy foods and frequent small meals. I have not had fast food - fried food or started for that matter since I have so much in that sense, I was ... But actually I see what I eat - no salt (you keep) water and unsweetened (if you have something sweet, sugar free jelly works great). I tried to stay away from food, if possible, white (rice, potatoes, white bread and flour), if it is to eat something to eat but once a small part. No food will do to keep the weight rather than lose, so if you eat food not so good for you - but not much! Good luck!

Drink water instead of soda or milk.
Limit sugar and simple carbohydrates (eg white bread).
Instead of parking spaces through the store, park further. Stroll through the neighborhood. Get off the couch and do something other than television, and if so, allow remote control of home entertainment center, you need to get up and do it.
Eat oatmeal and corn flakes instead of bombs, sugar-coated ice cream .... All these things add up. The weight does not appear overnight, and does not disappear over night.
No dieting ... learn to read labels. The increased consumption of vegetables!
